Choose from a range of finishes — from a natural look with invisible oil to rich, darker stains, all tailored to you

Lacquer finishes – Durable and hard-wearing, lacquer gives excellent protection against daily footfall while enhancing the natural grain of your pine.

Oil finishes – Perfect for a natural, low-sheen look, oil soaks into the wood to enrich its character and create a warm, authentic finish.

Wood staining – Change the colour of your floor entirely, from light contemporary shades to deep, rich tones chosen to suit your space.

How to prepare for pine floor repairs and restoration

1. We visit and assess. We come to your property to measure the area, check for loose or damaged boards, and advise honestly on the condition of your pine floor.

2. You clear the room. Please remove furniture and anything dust-sensitive such as fabrics, curtains and rugs. Our sanders have effective dust extraction, but little dust is inevitable — and as sanding is noisy, it’s worth letting neighbours know in advance.

3. We give you clear quote. You’ll receive written quote covering sanding, staining (if required) and sealing, based on your floor size. Our pricing is competitive and fully transparent.

4. We book convenient time. We arrange the work around you. We can also lift and remove existing carpets from £35 per room.

5. We carry out the work. We sand, repair and seal with care and attention to detail, leaving you with stunning pine floor that adds warmth, value and beauty to your property.
