Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of London and all areas within the M25. We’ll also consider work outside London in nearby areas — just ask.
What types of floors can you restore?
We restore all kinds of wooden floors: original pine floorboards, solid and engineered oak and walnut, herringbone parquet, strip floors, and both commercial and domestic floors.
What types of floors do you install?
We install many different floors, including herringbone parquet, reclaimed parquet, oak floors, engineered floors (glued down or floating), commercial floors and more.
Do you carry out repairs?
Yes. We repair or replace pine floorboards before sanding, repair or install engineered and oak floors, and repair parquet floors before restoring them.
Do you offer free quotes and site visits?
Yes — we offer free visits to assess the work and measure up before we start. We’ll usually send a rough estimate first, then come out to look at the floor in person.
How quickly can you start, and can you take on urgent jobs?
We’re usually very flexible and can take on work at short notice. If you have an urgent job or need it completed quickly, get in touch and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Do you work evenings, nights and weekends?
Yes. We understand businesses can’t always close during the day, so we’re happy to work evenings, nights and weekends to fit around you and keep disruption to a minimum.
Do you use dust-free sanding machines?
Yes — we use modern sanding machines with powerful dust-extraction systems, so mess is kept to an absolute minimum and your home or business stays clean while we work.
Do you take on small jobs as well as large commercial projects?
Absolutely — no job is too big or too small. We handle everything from a single room in a home to large commercial floors in offices, shops, restaurants, pubs and other premises.
Do you apply samples of finishes and stains?
Yes. We can apply samples of different lacquer or hardwax-oil sheens, plus two or three stain samples if you’d like the floor stained, so you can see the result before we commit.
What finishes and products do you use?
We only use trusted, professional-grade products for a beautiful, hard-wearing finish, including Mylands stains, Bona and Junckers lacquers, and Osmo hardwax oils.
Are you insured?
Yes — we hold full public liability insurance, so you can have complete peace of mind while we work on your floors.
